Resetting Steve to its original factory settings might be necessary when your modem does not appear to be working properly. Resetting Steve will erase all personalized settings.
1. Press and hold the Reset button on the side.
2. The Power light will flash red 5 times to indicate the process has started.
3. Open a web browser and follow the online instructions.
