How to update my Home Internet User ID and password on my Valérie modem

1. Open a web browser.
2. Type http://valerie (or 192.168.2.1) in your web address bar, and then press Enter on your keyboard.
3. Under SERVICE STATUS, click on Home Internet.
4. If prompted, enter your administrator password. Unless you’ve changed it, the default password is “admin”. Click Log in.
5. Click Change.
6. Enter your Home Internet User ID (v2xxxx##) and password.
7. Click on Connect.
8. In about 30 seconds, you’ll see a green “UP” flag under your Home Internet service.
