How to reboot my Valérie modem

If there’s an issue with your Internet connection, you can usually fix it by rebooting your modem.
1. On your Valérie modem, locate the power cable.
2. Remove the cable. Wait 10 seconds and reinsert the cable.
3. Wait until all 3 LED lights are white and Home Internet: Connected is displayed.
